Yoga

Yoga and mindfulness are important to me because it was so valuable during a time I reached complete "burnout," I stepped into my first yoga class following a big corporate decision to lay off 30 team members that I had hired and developed in a new division of the company.

I was mentally, emotionally, and physically stunted by the experience.

At the end of the yoga class, during savasana (final pose of active relaxation), tears streamed down my face uncontrollably. What was happening? I really didn't know at the time, but it was something that created curiosity and led me to dive headfirst into yoga teacher training. I just wanted to learn more about this yoga thing. 

Fast forward to today, this "yoga thing" was pivotal in my career journey. It helped me to tap into my innate strengths and become more intentional with how I spent my time and energy. I also noticed a shift from an "all business" approach to work and relationships to being more grounded and mindful...softer. 

My hope is that providing a resource for you to tap into that softer and more grounded, amazing business person that you are will help you thrive.

Over time I will publish guided meditations and quick yoga sequences for energy, strength, and most importantly, relaxation.
